Refrigeration cell control device - CELLOMAT 4000

 

The Cellomat 4000 is a compact, powerful control unit for the complete management and regulation of a refrigeration cell.The Cellomat can be operated as a self-sufficient standalone device, and there is also the option to integrate the control unit into a network of several control units via a communication interface.The control of the Cellomat 4000 is done through PC software, which is connected to the individual modules via a data bus and allows for comfortable configuration as well as central monitoring of all connected units. The measured values are transmitted to a PC and displayed graphically in the software. In addition, all device settings can be changed through the PC software.

Values such as cooling temperature, ventilation, defrosting, and humidification can be controlled either automatically based on predefined setpoints or manually. The software displays operational states and any alarms in real-time and allows for user-friendly visualization of measurement data in tabular and graphical form – ideal for the efficient monitoring of complex cooling systems.Furthermore, the Cellomat can also be used for the regulation of compressor groups. Depending on the tank temperature and the corresponding parameters, individual compressors are automatically turned on or off, ensuring energy-efficient operation. Thanks to the proven hybrid technology, the control unit we developed is particularly flexible in sensor connectivity.
